Who are we?

HueLoom is a multi-stylable slow fashion brand that focuses on promoting sustained use of clothing through reversible and convertible clothes.

How do our capsules work?

We create capsules with 2 or more pieces from the same collection, essentially each capsule look can be worn in multiple ways, either within the capsule or with your wardrobe basics, the options for styling are just endless.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Singapore, and India

How long does shipping take?

Regular shipping options are currently available. Shipping within India takes 15-20 days & shipping internationally takes 30-45 days. For further queries, feel free to email us at info@hueloom.com

How do I cancel/edit an order?

We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to make sure you’re happy with your order. In the case of both cancellation and editing your order, please email us at info@hueloom.com and let us know if you'd like to cancel or edit your order. We'll need your order # and the email address used to place the order, plus details on what item you're cancelling or editing. Please note that we can only make changes before your order has been packed.

How do I check my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can use that tracking link to keep an eye on your order. You can also get in touch with us at info@hueloom.com if you have further queries.

What is made-to-order?

Made-to-order products are produced after you place an order. This helps us reduce unnecessary fashion waste and pollution. The product will be shipped to you as soon as it is done.

Can I cancel an item that was made-to-order?

Cancelling before it has been shipped:
No problem! Just get in touch with us at info@hueloom.com and reference your Order# found on your confirmation email. We will promptly cancel and refund your amount.

Cancelling after it has been shipped:
Unfortunately, in this case, you must wait to receive the shipment, and send it back to us. (Please note: we will not accept shipments from any COD couriers). Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

What is your return policy?

Once you receive your piece, you have 30 days to try the item on and initiate a return if it's not right for you. And yes, we also take returns on sale items and special promotion items. Please note we cannot take back worn, washed, or items with no tags.

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Please note we cannot exchange worn, washed or items with no tags.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

To return or exchange an item, follow these instructions: Email us at info@hueloom.com and let us know you'd like a return or exchange. We'll need your order # or the email address used to place the order plus details on what item you're returning or exchanging. Within 48 hours, we'll provide authorization for your return or exchange respectively.

How do I find out my size?

Check out our sizing chart on each product page, which shows the recommended body measurements. If you’d like personalized fit advice please feel free to get in touch with us at info@hueloom.com

I’m in between sizes on your size chart, what size do i get?

This depends on the design! Get in touch with us on any of our social media handles or mail us at info@hueloom.com and we would be happy to assist with sizing recommendations!

How do I take care of my HueLoom pieces?

You can find care details on individual product pages under “Material and care”. We do recommend dry cleaning for all our products.

I’m an influencer / brand, how can we collaborate?

We always love collaborating with brands or individuals. Please feel free to email our team at info@hueloom.com or get in touch with us via instagram @thehueloom.

Can I create a custom capsule?

Yes, you can! We’d love to help you get your ideal custom capsule, get in touch with us at info@hueloom.com to process this request.

Can I combine multiple discount codes with my order?

Offers cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used at a time.

Can I return or exchange an item I got on discount?

Yes, you can return or exchange an item you got on discount.
