Every piece of apparel is curated from scratch with care, when an order is placed with HueLoom.

 This process limits the wastage of materials and maintains a sustainable process. Every outfit, with its unique requirements, takes time to achieve perfection, but, like a great man once said, “patience is bitter, but its fruit is always sweet.”

Shipping options | Canada, USA, and India:

*Please note that the shipping deadlines below are estimates and not delivery guarantees.

Order tracking details will be shared to your registered e-mail, once the order is shipped.

Regular shipping options are available for the time being, with an estimated 30-45 day delivery time for Canada & 15-20 days for India.

*The shipping dates apply as we maintain zero inventory and make per order.

Returns and Exchanges

Here at HueLoom, we try to maintain a smooth and steady customer experience. All items are carefully curated and thoroughly inspected for your ultimate comfort and satisfaction.

If there are any issues with your order, or if you would like to exchange items in your order email us at info@hueloom.com to initiate your return/exchange.

Requirements to initiate your return/exchange -

- Order tracking number
- Email address used to place the order
- Details of items you are returning/exchanging

*An authorization for your return/exchange will be sent within 48 hours

Return & exchange policies

A return/exchange request can be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.

- Do not wash the items
- Do not remove the care labels or tags.

On return of new, unworn merchandise a full refund will be provided.*
Return of items on sale and special promotional items can also be made.

*We cannot exchange worn, washed, or items with no tags. The item needs to be in its original condition. For a complete refund, the brand needs to be notified prior, with a return request.

*If the item(s) is not in its original condition (I.e. pet hair, makeup stains, smoke or food odor, visibly worn, etc.) you will be responsible for loss in value and are not eligible for a refund or exchange of items. The items will be shipped back to you at your cost or donated upon request.

Return & exchange process

Wrap the item securely in the same packaging and hand it over to the assigned pick-up professional, arranged by us.

Once received by us, the items will be thoroughly inspected.

Refund will be initiated to your payment method on file, excluding any outbound shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

Refunds & exchanges can only be done to the original purchaser’s payment method on file.

It takes about 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

*We do not accept returns outside of our Return Policy.
*Outbound shipments of new items will be subject to the same shipping fees
